Every market intelligence tool covers Western markets. We built something different. The Autopsy Table is the only forensic second-order analysis platform built with the GCC and MENA region as its primary market — not an add-on, not an afterthought. Here is why this matters and why it cannot be easily replicated.
01
THE BRAND
The Market Autopsy is a named framework with a recognisable methodology — Diagnosis, Autopsy, Precedent, Trade. A developer can clone the tool in a weekend. They cannot clone the brand, the Substack audience, or the track record of called trades. Brand compounds. Code does not.
02
THE NETWORK
Distribution in GCC finance runs through relationships — private banking networks, DIFC contacts, family office allocators, UHNW circles. This product is being built by someone inside that network. A competitor building this from scratch starts with zero of those relationships.
03
THE AUDIENCE
Every Substack subscriber, every X follower, every person who runs an Autopsy and shares the link — that is an owned audience that grows with every publish. The tool drives the content. The content drives the audience. The audience funds the product.
04
THE LANGUAGE
Arabic-first institutional intelligence does not exist in this format. The moment a DIFC platform or regional private bank white-labels this for their Arabic-speaking clients, the product becomes embedded in their workflow. Embedded products do not churn.
05
THE FRAMEWORK
The 4-layer Autopsy framework — Diagnosis, Autopsy, Precedent, Trade — is a teachable, repeatable, proprietary methodology. People do not just want the answer. They want to understand the reasoning. A framework with a name becomes a mental model. Mental models stick.
06
THE DATA ROADMAP
Today: live web search. Next: direct ADX and DFM data feeds. Then: proprietary GCC earnings history database, curated analyst consensus for MENA-listed stocks, and human editorial overlay. Each layer adds defensibility that cannot be replicated by someone copying the UI.
